Lampwork bead pair, 12mm - matte mid blue

These lampwork glass beads were  handmade in the flame. Mid blue transparent glass has been adorned with a simple organic line which has been twisted to resemble a wave. After annealing the bead has been gently tumbled to reveal a soft, matte finish reminiscent of sea glass. Each bead is made individually, so there will be slight variation making every one unique.  Pairs are as closely matched as possible. Wound on 1.6mm mandrels  

All of my beads go straight from flame to kiln for annealing to ensure strength and durability, before being cleaned and inspected prior to sale.
